Billie (Hoover) Reynolds

Sending many thoughts and prayers to Sally's family. I knew her from when she grew up in Monroe. Her brother, Chester, was best friends with my brother-in-law, Terry Hoover. She was a very caring person and spoke so lovingly of her children and family and I'm sure you are going to miss her like crazy. My very deepest sympathy to you all. Billie
