Robert E. Reed, II (Eddie), 53, passed away Thursday, February 12, 2009 in Springfield. He was born September 30, 1955. He was preceded in death by his mother Ida Mae Reed and father, Robert Reed, Sr., a grandmother, one aunt and one uncle.

Robert left to mourn him; his wife, Judy Reed; one daughter, Deanna Buell and husband, Zack; one son, Robert Reed, III; one granddaughter, Bethann Reed, and a grandchild on the way; three sisters, Ginger Sisco and husband, Dorlis, Roberta Thibodeaux and husband Alex, Zarita Bates and husband Mike; six brothers, Butch Shockley and wife Judy, Buster Reed, Clifford Reed and wife, Marsha, George Reed and friend Tess, Anthony Ericson and Michael Ericson; and many nieces, nephews, friends and family.

Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Friday, February 27, 2009 in Hazelwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, February 26 in Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home, 500 E. Walnut.
