Obituary for Cynthia Ann "Cindy" Bertalott (Bertalott)

Cynthia Ann "Cindy"  Bertalott (Bertalott)
Cynthia A. (Cindy) Bertalott died October 10, 2012 after a courageous fight with cancer. Although Cindy succumbed to this terrible disease, she left this world on her own accord fighting until the very end.
Cindy was born in Nevada, MO May 29, 1947. Cindy is proceeded in death by her mother, Nadean H. Bertalott who died October 10, 2003 and brother-in-law Dennis Burk. She is survived by her father, Richard L. Bertalott; nine brothers and sisters, Jenny Burk (Lake St. Louis, MO), Debbie Short (Richard) (Mt. Juliet, TN), Richard Bertalott, Jr. (Kansas City, MO), Nora Massoth (Dennis) (Corydon, KY), David Bertalott, Vicki Craig, (Chris) Tim Bertalott (Sharon), Mark Bertalott (Leslie) and Tom Bertalott (Melissa) (Springfield, MO) and numerous nieces and nephews.
Cindy lived in Warrensburg, MO and worked for the University of Central Missouri in several different capacities, most recently as the Director of Testing Services. She enjoyed working with students and was a mentor to many. She leaves behind a multitude of friendships she developed throughout her years at UCM. She also enjoyed spending time with her cats, Phoebe and Sasha as well as making weekend trips to Springfield to spend time with her family.

A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday November 2, 2012 The University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg, MO the room will be announced at a later date. Private family committal services will be in Resurrection Cemetery Springfield, Missouri.
