William Joyner

William “Bill” Holloway Joyner, Jr, 67, died September 24, 2018 in his home after a long battle with COPD and ongoing heart problems.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, October 20th 2018 at 2:00 pm at Glenstone Baptist Church, 413 S Glenstone Ave, Springfield, MO.

Bill was born July 6th, 1951 in Bangor, Maine to William H Joyner, Sr and Janice Hopkins Lancaster Joyner. He was blessed with the gift of gab; he only met a couple of strangers, if any, in his lifetime. His love of cars and compassion for others made him quick to pull over and help a stranded motorist on the side of the road. He deeply loved his family and had a special place in his heart for his faithful, loving dog, Pal.

He is survived by his sister Nancy Deike; brother Jim & Sheila Joyner; children Nicole Joyner, Billy Joyner, and Michelle & Colby Munday, grandchildren Akili McCuller, William Holloway Joyner IV, Kylie Munday, and Cayden Munday.
