Willa Kettering

Willa May Kettering was born to Gustavus and Caroline Goodman on February 27, 1940, in Chesapeake, Lawrence County, Mo.
She resided in Springfield, Mo, at Manor Care where she passed away on March 6th at 8:36 p.m. due to renal failure. She served her life as a Med Tech and then an LPN.
She was the oldest of nine children, five boys and three girls, Gustavus Allen, Mary Carolyn, Jim Franklin, Shirley Sue Ann, Mikel Kelly, and Janet Marie.
She is survived by three sons, Lee Byron Perriman, Steven Lynn Perriman and David Wesley Kettering. She has several grandchildren and countless nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Earnest Andrew and Arthur Byron in1951 at 2 weeks old, one daughter, Sara Delores Jackson (Rock) in 2003, and Charles Roy Jackson in 2013.
Memorial services will be Sunday, March 10, 2013, at 1:00 p.m. in Herman H. Lohmeyer chapel with Chaplain Charley Shurtz officiating.
