Stewart Overbey

Stewart Arthur (Ozzie) Overbey, Springfield, Mo. was called home to Heaven Monday Mar. 5 at 4:25 a.m.

The son of Stewart Y. and Evelyn Overbey, he is survived by his 4 daughters, Debbie, Cathy, Janice, Chrissanne, his son Stewart Jr. of Springfield, his sisters, Barbara Flowers of Bourbonnais Ill., and Norma Judah of Branson, Mo. His older brother Ronald died in 1988.

Stewart was a long time resident of the Branson/Hollister area, working in real estate and the food and beverage industry. He was an enthusiastic promoter of the Ozarks, it's beauty and it's people. Stewart served his Country as a Marine during the KoreanWar.

A memorial visitation will start at 7 p.m. Friday, Mar. 9th in Southern Heights Bible Church, 2822 South Jefferson Ave, Springfield.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Mar. 10th in Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home 500 East Walnut Street, Springfield.
