Steven Paul Lampley

Steve was born on February 24, 1966. He was a devoted husband, father, and family man whose greatest joy in life was spending time with those he loved. An avid outdoorsman, Steve had a deep appreciation for nature and found true happiness in hunting, fishing, and camping. Whether he was deep in the woods, out on the water, or sitting around a campfire sharing stories with friends, the outdoors was where he felt most at home.

He will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by all who knew him, but especially by his beloved wife, Kathy, and their three children: William, Rachel, and Hailey. His family truly appreciates all the love, support, and kindness that has been shown to them, not only during this difficult time but throughout Steve’s courageous six year journey. His legacy will live on through the lasting memories shared by all of those who knew and loved him.

An informal gathering and brief service will be held from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Saturday, July 11, 2026, The service will begin at 2:00 pm at Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home (500 E.
