Robert Allen Cover

Robert (Bob) Allen Cover, 64 years old, of Springfield Missouri passed away unexpectedly on July 27th, 2026. Born on November 30, 1962 in San Bernardino California to Calvin Gerald Cover, Sr. And Anna Francine Braden Cover. 

Bob made his way to Joplin, Missouri in January 1984, where he met his wife, Tammie Dawn Marvin on February 25, 1984. They were married on May 5, 1984, and although still married have been separated the last 8 years due to inconsolable differences, making it 42 years of marriage. In April 1985 they had their first beautiful baby boy, Bob's namesake, Robert Allen Cover, Jr. They then went on to have 3 more beautiful children, 2 girls and another boy, Brittany Dawn, Bridget Nicole, and Brandon LeShawn Cover. Bob spent the majority of his life as a hardworking very talented concrete finisher, in which he was VERY proud! He could finish a floor and make it look like glass! We can be rest assured he is up in heaven paving and finishing the roads of Gold enjoying hisself!

He is survived by his wife, Tammie Cover, and four children, Robert (Bobby), Brittany, Bridget, and Brandon Cover, and his older brother, Calvin Gerald Cover, Jr. (CJ), and a half sister, Andrea Braden, and a half brother, Richard Cover. We all will miss him so much. R. I. P. BOB. WE LOVE YOU!!
