In Loving Memory of Olinda Ann Moore
Sunrise: March 3, 1960 Sunset: November 9, 2025
On Sunday, November 9, 2025, in Bolivar, Missouri, Olinda Ann Moore was called home to be with her Lord and Savior. Though her earthly song has quieted, her spirit now rejoices in the presence of Jesus—whole, radiant, and free.
Olinda was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Her heart overflowed with compassion and grace, and her life was a living testimony of love in motion. Emotional yet steadfast, tender yet strong, she gave of herself without hesitation. Her faith and her love for her family were her greatest callings.
A free spirit at heart, Olinda loved music deeply—it was the rhythm of her soul. She found beauty in simple moments and light even in hardship. Her love extended beyond people to every creature great and small, especially the many dogs she cherished throughout her life.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 48 years, William C. Moore; her children Kenneth E. Moore and his wife Racquel, and April M. (Moore) Eisenmann and her husband Sam.
She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren: Zachariah E. Moore, Krystal M. Moore, Elise E. Eisenmann, Michael A. Nunes, and Maximus J.C. Moore, and her faithful dog Bo, who remained her constant companion.
Olinda is also lovingly remembered by her brother Paul Anderson and his wife Wanda, her sister Sue Godfrey and her husband Rick, and a host of extended family and dear friends who were blessed by her kindness, humor, and unshakable love.
Though her family’s hearts ache with loss, they take comfort in knowing that Olinda is now dancing in eternal joy, her spirit free in the presence of the Lord she loved. Her laughter and love live on in every heart she touched.
Visitation will be held from Noon-1:00pm Thursday, November 13, 2025 at Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home, 500 E. Walnut Street, Springfield, Missouri where Funeral Services will begin at 1:00pm in the Funeral Home Chapel with Kenneth E. Moore officiating. “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day.” — 2 Timothy 4:7–8
