Louis Clifton White was born December 15, 1934, in Mansfield, Louisiana to Clyde and Juanita (Burrow) White.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Sue (Perkins) White; son, Scott C. White; and two stepdaughters, Cindy Whetstine and Libby Joyce of Springfield, Missouri.
He graduated from Louisiana Tech, Rustin, Louisiana and was a teacher for 35 years. He was the author of OZARK HIDEAWAYS.
No funeral service is planned. Burial will be in Yocum Pond Cemetery in Reed Springs, Missouri.
