Judy Elane VanTongeren

Judy Elane VanTongeren, born on February 25, 1956, in Barry County, Missouri, passed away peacefully on December 11, 2025, in Springfield, Missouri. She was a beloved mother, sister, and friend whose life touched many.

Judy was the cherished daughter of James Dale Jones and Lorene "Orchie" (Moller) Jones, who predeceased her. She is survived by her devoted son, Jason Means, and her loving daughter, Angela Means. Judy also leaves behind her brother, Ron Jones, and his wife, Pamela Jones, who stand together in remembrance of a sister who was a source of strength and love.

Throughout her life, Judy embodied kindness and compassion, forging deep connections with those around her.

Judy will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her legacy of love and unwavering support will remain with her family and friends as they celebrate a life well-lived.
