Franklin Joe Starnes

In Loving Memory of

Frank Starnes

October 19, 1967 - June 30, 2026

Frank Starnes lived a life defined by kindness, laughter, and an unwavering love for the people around him. Born on October 19, 1967, Frank had a goofy sense of humor that could brighten even the hardest days. He enjoyed tinkering with just about anything, always curious about how things worked and never afraid to get his hands dirty. If something needed fixing, Frank was often the first to offer his help.

Music was one of his greatest passions, with a special love for Chevy vehicles and the simple joys they brought him. Whether he was working on a project, listening to his favorite songs, or spending time with family, Frank found happiness in life's everyday moments.

Above all else, Frank was a devoted family man. He was a constant source of love and support to those who knew him, always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. His greatest pride and joy was his granddaughter, whom he loved more than anything in the world. The bond they shared was one of the greatest blessings of his life.

Frank will be remembered for his generous heart, his willingness to help others, his infectious humor, and the love he freely gave to his family and friends. Though his passing on June 30, 2026, leaves an immeasurable void, the memories he created and the lived he touched will remain forever.

He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who had the priviledge of knowing him.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Sherman Laverne Starnes, Beulah Lorene (Lionberger), Keith and Hazel Self, and his two uncles, Sammie Self and Ronnie Self, and his aunt Ann Black.

Survivors include his father, Michael Joe Starnes; his mother, Rita Faye Self; his daughter, Karissa Jo Enos; his brothers, Daniel Clay Starnes, Austin Ray Trogdon, his life partner, Lisa K. Hill; Granddaughter, Adelynn Jo Fear, his aunts; Connie Elaine Schamma, Doris Lee Haden, Vicky Vay Patton, and Dena Borneman.
