Farell Mathewson

Farell Mathewson, age 75, of Springfield, Missouri passed away on Friday, June 6, 2025.

Mr. Mathewson was a Veteran and served in the United States Navy from 1969 to 1974.

A Graveside Service with Full Military Honors will be held at 9:00am on Monday, July 14th, 2025 at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery, 5201 S. Southwood Road in Springfield, Missouri 65804.

The arrangements are under the care and direction of the Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home, 500 E. Walnut Street in Springfield, Missouri 65806.

Our funeral home has been given authorization per the Greene County Medical Examiner’s Office, to try and locate anyone related to the deceased that would be willing to step forwards and take responsibility for the thier final expences. When he passed away, he left no information as to the where-abouts of any family members or loved ones at this time.

Anyone calling our funeral home will not be given any information regarding the cause and manner of death. We will not give out phone numbers of relatives that may come forward. Any personal items that were with the deceased at the time of their death will not be turned over to you without proper verification and consent.
