Donna Marie Young passed away peacefully on Monday, August 3, 2026, leaving behind a lifetime of love and cherished memories for those who knew and loved her.
Donna was a devoted wife to her amazing husband, Harold Young, and a loving mother to her two sons, John Young and Dustin Young, both of Ozark Missouri. She was also a proud grandmother to her beloved grandson, Dustin "DJ" Young. She is also survived by her loving sister Shirley Hofbauer Bote and husband Gene of Foristell, Mo, and 2 nieces Tammy Beel and Rusty of Washington Mo, and Valerie Murphy and Michael of Foristell Mo along with many other Nieces and Nephews.
Family meant everything to Donna. She treasured the time she spent with the people she loved and took great joy in the simple moments that made life special. Her love extended to her beloved fur babies, Bently and Heidi, who brought her companionship and happiness.
Donna enjoyed having time to herself and doing the things she loved. She could often be found happily playing games on her phone. She especially enjoyed weekend visits with her sister, Shirley Bote. The two made wonderful memories together; shopping until they dropped and enjoying Mexican food along the way.
Donna had a special place in her heart for her two nieces, Tammy Beel and Valerie Murphy, whom she adored dearly.
Donna will be remembered for the love she gave her family, the joy she found in everyday moments, and the special memories she created with the people closest to her. Though she is no longer with us, her love will continue to live on in her husband, children, grandson, sister, nieces, and all those who were fortunate enough to know her.
She will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever cherished.
