Darrel Ray Kelly, 42 of Springfield, passed away at 4:49 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 7, 2006 in Cox Hospital South.
Darrel was born March 15, 1964 in Richmond, California to Raymond Dee and Jean (Nichols) Kelly.
He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Kelly; his mother and step-father, Jean and George Bates; three brothers and their spouses, Charles and Amber Shepherd, Rick and Brenda Kelly, and David and Terry Kelly and their children and grandchildren; his sister and her husband, Susan and Larry Gregory and their son, Troy; his uncle, Bud Nichols and family; his aunt, Gen Sawyer and family; and numerous friends.
Memorial services will be at 6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 12, 2006 in Herman H. Lohmeyer Chapel 500 E. Walnut Street.
