Clifton Lee Bell

Clifton Lee Bell passed away peacefully surrounded by the ones he cherished the most on Saturday, April 19th, 2025.

He will be remembered as a loving papa to his 7 grandchildren, caring father to his 6 children, and devoted to his spouse of 32 years.

He was born and raised in Springfield, Mo. He enjoyed going to the dirt track races on weekends, fishing, camping, long naps in his chair, and giving everyone a hard time. If you weren't being given a hard time, he must've been mad at ya or didn't know ya.

He was a handy man to have around, could fix whatever his grandkids brought to him. Whether it be a toy that needed batteries or a busted up dirtbike.

He is survived by his spouse, Julie; children,  Ashley, Jerry and his wife Chrissy, Kelly, Jennifer, Kelsey, and Colton.

His loving grandchildren, Brayden, Kylee, Christopher, Lane, Shona, Dax, and Bristol.   His two sisters, a brother, and multiple nieces, nephews, family and friends.

He was proceded in death by his parents, Clifford and Mary Frances Bell, his two sisters, and one brother.

A visitation will be held on Friday, April 25th, 2025 from 1:00-2:00pm just prior to the Funeral Service beginning at 2:00pm at the Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home, 500 E. Walnut Street in Springfield, Missouri.  Burial will follow at Robberson Prairie Cemetery.
