Carol Jeanne Foster Camporeale

Carol Jeanne (Ramay) Foster Camporeale, 90, of Twin Falls ID, passed away on Thursday, October 1, 2026. She was attended to by her family as she was called to heaven. She was born in Porterville CA, March 8th, 1936 and was the daughter of William Worth Ramey and Florence Rebecca Nichols Ramey.

Carol graduated from Kingsburg, CA High School in 1955.

Carol married Richard (Dick) Boyd Foster in Porterville, CA and moved to San Jose CA in 1957. While living in San Jose they had four boys: Eric, Kent, Todd, and Keith. In California she was a homemaker who adored and protected her children.

She loved going to the beach, dancing, play cards, and socializing with her friends.

In 1968 Dick and Carol made the tough decision to give up a thriving business and move to Springfield, MO to raise their children in a safer and more wholesome environment.

While living in Springfield, Carol was involved in the Women's Auxiliary of the American Legion Post 676 and served a year in the position of President of the Women’s Auxiliary. She also worked at James Home Decor as an interior decorator for many years.

In 1984, they moved back to San Jose, CA where she opened a home interior store in Morgan Hill.

Later, she and Dick were apartment managers in the San Jose area until Dick's death in 1996. She continued to live in CA and met and married Joseph Camporeale in 2000. They moved to Rio Vista, CA until Joseph’s passing in 2012.

In 2013, she moved to Nixa, MO and was an active member of Aldersgate UMC.

Carol loved to joke around, travel, spend time with family, spoil her grandkids and great grand kids.

In 2022, she moved to Twin Falls, ID and lived at Bridgeview Estates until her passing.

Carol is survived by her four boys:

Eric (son) and his wife Nancy: Ryan (grandson) and his wife Megan, (great grandchildren) Austin, Alanna, Leila, Cora, Maren, Raegan, Brynlee; Heather (granddaughter) and her husband Trevor, (great grandchildren) Emerson, River, and Emelia; Benjamin (grandson) and Hunter (grandson)

Kent (son) and his wife Pam: Bradley (grandson) and his wife Tarah; Brett (grandson) and his wife Shonda, (great grandchildren) Stuart, Caroline, Eleanor Foster; Brooke (granddaughter) and her husband Randy, (great grandchild) James Preslar

Todd (son) and his wife Brenda: Krystal (granddaughter), Skyler (great grandchild); Tara (granddaughter) and her husband Scott, (great grandchildren) Annaleese, Peyton, Colton; Cortney (granddaughter) and her husband Andrew, (great grandchildren) Jacob and Evelyn

Visitation will begin at 9:30 am Monday October 26, 2026 at Aldersgate Church 460 W. Aldersgate Drive Nixa, MO with the celebration of life to begin at 10 am with Pastor Dennis Miller officiating. After the celebration of life, there will be a private grave service for immediate family members.
