Bobby J. Williams

Bobby J. Williams passed away on July 22, 2026. He was born April 12, 1967 in Springfield, Missouri to William Williams and Lefa Dohle.

In 1985 he met the love of his life, Tanna. They wed on June 13, 1986 and went on to have five beautiful daughters.

One of Bobby's biggest goals was to become a licensed electrician and through hard work and long nights he achieved that goal. He went on to spend many years working with Smith Broadcasting as an Installation Specialist.

Bobby spent his life dedicated to his family. He spent many years coaching his girls through softball and bowling and if he wasn't coaching on the field you could always find him in the stands as their biggest supporter.

As the girls grew up they gave him more athletes to support in the 15 grandchildren. Whether it was baseball, football, cheerleading, archery, or dance, he was always cheering them on.

He was preceded in death by his parents William Williams (Beverly) and Lefa Dohle (Raymond). Brothers Roiyce Williams, Ronald Williams, and William Williams

He is survived by his loving wife Tanna Williams, daughters Amber Tenay (Brandon), Brandy Hamrick, Cara Gruenewald (Bobby), Rebecca Leist, and Rachel Williams. Brother Mike Williams, sisters Karen Casteel and Teresa Creason, as well as his numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 10:00am Friday July 31, 2026 at Herman H Lohmeyer Funeral Home, 500 E Walnut Street with a graveside dedication at Patterson Cemetery to follow.
