William was born to Jack Cooke Sr. and Verina (Black) Cooke in Colorado City, Utah, on February 7, 1960.
William has several siblings to whom we are trying to reach out to and notify them of his passing.
These siblings include; Jack, Orville, Ross, Max, Leonard, Louise, Nancy, Marilyn, Gwen, and Linda, as well as a brother and a sisiter who have already passed- from the Utah, Arizona, and Missouri areas.
