Obituary for Vicki Kay Koller-Noggle (Koller)
Vicki Kay Koller Noggle, 66, of Springfield, MO passed away at 9 am, Saturday, January 9th, 2021 at Cox South Hospital with her two sons by her side. Vicki was born in Rolla, MO. October 28th, 1954, to Billy Joe Koller and Ina Maxine Schafer Koller. She was the Big Sister to Larry, Martha, Mark and Garry. A Loving Mother to Josh and Jabe, and an amazing G-Ma to Jaxon and Justice.
Vicki graduated High School in Salem, Mo. in 1972. While in school she was very active in different clubs and the community. Growing up she had dreams of becoming an Airline Attendant, but while helping take care of ailing family her career moved toward nursing, as it came natural for her to care for others with such a caring heart. Vicki got her Missouri State Board of Nursing license, August 1973.
She made some very special friends throughout her nursing career that she carried very close to her heart. Her patients always got the Best care she could provide, as well as a curious ear always wanting to hear stories of their lives, their adventures, trips, careers, and about their families.
Vicki enjoyed being in nature, growing up around Salem she loved to go to the Current River and enjoyed a relaxing float trip. Even after she moved to Springfield, she would make it a priority to come back home to see family and friends and hopefully get another float trip in. She enjoyed planting flowers, cooking and hosting family events and holidays where everyone was “HOME”. Her main priority was always her family.
Vicki, Momma, G-ma, Sis, Aunt Vic was and will continue to be a strong pillar to the foundation of her family. She had a special relationship with each one, and held a special place in her heart for all, always trying to help as many as she could and always making everyone feel special and loved. Even in passing she remained giving, she was an organ donor, and someone somewhere will receive her beautiful eyes and will see the world in such an amazing way.
Vicki is preceded in Death by her Parents, Brother Mark Koller, Nephew Paul Koller and Ex Husband but always family Jonathan Kim Noggle.
She is survived by Son Joshua Noggle and wife Christina, Son Jabe Noggle and partner Katie, Grandsons Jaxzon and Justice Noggle, Brother Larry Koller and wife Tammy, Sister Martha and Husband Mike Woolf, Brother Garry Koller and partner Angela, many Nieces and Nephews and many extended family and friends.
She will be missed by all the countless people whose lives she touched.
A Memorial Service will be held at Wilson Mortuary in Salem, MO. Saturday, October 9, 2021 from 11:00am until 2:00pm.
A Graveside Service will be held at the Rock Prairie Cemetery in Halltown, MO. Saturday, October 16 at 1:00 pm.
