Obituary for Sidney Don Wooden
Sidney Don Wooden went home to see the Lord on January 20, 2022 at 7:56 AM.
After a long year of health problems he passed peacefully at Cox South with the help of comfort care. His family and friends, were there to comfort him in his last hours.
He served as a Marine in the Vietnam War. He earned conduct medal’s, national defense service medal, and Vietnam service medal.
He is preceded in death by father Lloyd Don Wooden. He is survived by his mother Janell Wooden Jones, sisters Donna Connolly, Levonda Pryor, brother Don Wooden Jr, nieces Kalana Harger Marika Hull Dominique Connolly, nephew Lucas Pryor, great nieces Olivia, Aria, Miranda, Shiloh, Ezabella, Oakley, Bentley, and baby Riley (coming soon).
He was loved and will be truly missed.
