Obituary for Shnett Chandler
Shnett Leatrice Chandler, 54, Springfield, MO passed away August 1, 2023. She was born January 26th, 1969 to Charles and Jane (Arthur) Davis.
She loved camping, fishing, country music, the color purple and above all her family. For those who knew her, she could only be described as one of a kind. Someone who was passionate, felt deeply and loved fully.
She is preceded in death by her father Charles, her brother Charles “Chuck” Chandler, her sister Mary Jane Cossey, her sister Charlene Chandler Alspaugh and one brother in law Ronald Hopkins.
She is survived by her three daughters: Janey Loper, Lindsey Chandler, Shila McCoy and husband Robert McCoy. 8 grandchildren Nateelie, Robert, Haily, Michael, Isabella, Conner, Mabel and Abel, Her mother Jane Lee Chandler, One sister Ruth Ann Hopkins. Three brothers: Dean Chandler, David Chandler and his wife, Linda and William Franklin Chandler, along with several nieces and nephews whom she loved very dearly.
She was a beloved mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00pm on Friday, August 25, 2023 at Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home, 500 E. Walnut Street in Springfield, Missouri with Jeff Daugherty officiating.
