Obituary for Shirley Jean West (Slusser)
Shirley Jean Slusser West, 85, of Willard, Missouri, passed away on December 11, 2021 in her home surrounded by loved ones.
Born June 11, 1936 in Springfield, Missouri, Shirley was the daughter of the late Herbert and Bertha Slusser. She was preceded in death by her late husband, Lester West; daughters Vicki Nolen and Brenda Kerr; and son Rick West.
Shirley is survived by her children Pam Daniel (Ron) of Willard, Missouri; Karen Ziegler (Jim) of St. Louis, Missouri; David West (Scott) of Willard, Missouri; Sherri Bay (Michael) of Willard, Missouri; and Michelle Pastor (Tony) of Springfield, Missouri.
Shirley is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well as her beloved dogs.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 17, 2021 at the Oasis Inn & Convention Center at 5:30 pm in the Sahara Room. Flowers can be sent to the Oasis Inn at 2546 N Glenstone Avenue, Springfield, Missouri 65803.
