Obituary for Sarah Jean Tessmer
Sarah Jean Tessmer, age 14 months , passed away at Cox South Medical Center in Springfield, Missouri on Tuesday, December 1st, 2020.
Sarah was born at Mercy Hospital in Springfield on September 30, 2019, the daughter of Joshua Clifford Tessmer and Christine Marie (Chenoweth) Tessmer.
Sarah was a precious baby girl. She loved her family and Blues Clues. Her smile and laugh was both contagious, addictive and brought joy to us. She was a sweet happy baby. She did not live long but she made a huge impact on her family. She will always be remembered and loved.
Sarah is survived by her parents, Josh and Christy Tessmer; five brothers and sisters, Micah, Isaiah, Rebekah, Elizabeth, and Hannah Tessmer; grandparents, Ken and Shelie Chenoweth and Robert Jr. and Barbra Tessmer; great grandparents, Karen Huff, and Robert Tessmer, Sr.; aunts and uncles, Jake and Kendra Baxter, Wendell and Dawn Shrock, Robert Tessmer III, Casey and Charity Richardson, and Tabitha Tessmer; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A visitation will be held from 1:00-3:00pm this Sunday, December 6, 2020 at Nixa First Assembly of God, 113 W. Mt. Vernon Street in Nixa, Missouri with Pastor Chris Foster officiating. Funeral services will begin at 3:00pm following the visitation. A private family Interment will be held at Lindsey Cemetery in Republic, Missouri. Arrangement are under the care and direction of Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home in Springfield, Missouri
In lieu of flowers, Josh & Christy suggests contributions be given to the Pregnancy Care Center, 1342 E. Primrose Street, Springfield, Missouri 65804 in memory of Sarah.
