Roberta (Bobbie) E Nordin/Kimpton age 67, passed away peacefully on February 1, 2024 at Mercy Hospital in Springfield Missouri surrounded by her loved ones. She was born June 15, 1956 to Melvin and Vera (Smith) Drake. She was a 1974 graduate of Central High School. She worked at Heartland West Hospital on the Alzheimer’s unit for about 15 years. She loved spending time with her kids and grandkids. She enjoyed traveling with her husband and going to the beach every chance that she got.

Mrs. Nordin was preceded in death by her parents Vera and Melvin, her sister Patricia David, her brother Ed Drake, her grandson Bradley Wallace, her nephews Michael David, Shon David.

Survivors include, her husband, Michael Kimpton of Conway Mo, son Chad (Amber) Wallace, son Travis Wallace, son Aaron (Heather) Nordin, son Chris (Tasha) Nordin, daughter Chelsea Nordin, daughter Lindsey Nordin, son Tyler (Tabby) Nordin, niece Lisa (Bill) Farquhar, Nephew Randy (Janet) David, two step sons Cory (Victoria) Kimpton, Dustin Kimpton. Bobbie has 28 Grandchildren, Codi, Cali, Michael, Hayden, Jacob, Layne, Kayle, Daisy, Frankie, Camden, Quentin, Brooklyn, Jayden, Justice, Brenden, Carter, Kynleigh ,Ja’Breon, Avery, Darius, Maleah, Mario, Jaclynn, Kayden, McKenzie, Gunnar, Luca. She has four great grandchildren Theo, Aspen, Zoey, Kyson, and 4 Bonus grandchildren Aspyn, Mariah, Neveah, Talon.

Bobbie will be cremated under the care of Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home in Springfield Missouri.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
