Robert Clyde Pursley, age 69, passed away on February 26, 2019 in Springfield Missouri at his residence.
He was born on October 11, 1949 in Eldorado, Kansas to son of Noah O. Pursley and Betty Jo (Davis) Pursley.
He was married on April 7, 1982 to Sherry Lynn Hampton in Augusta, Kansas.
Clyde was preceded in death by his parents; and son, William Dustin Pope.
Clyde is survived by his wife, Sherry Pursley; three sons, Joey Pope, Toby Pope, and Eddie Pursley; his grandchildren, Missy Pope and Jacob Pope; and one brother, Bud Pursley.
A Memorial Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2019 from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm at Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home, 500 E. Walnut Street, Springfield, Missouri. A Reception/Wake will follow at son, Joey Pope's home.
