Obituary for Richard Tracy Wilson
Richard T. Wilson, 54, of Springfield, MO passed away on July 12, 2023.
He was born on February 13, 1969 in Fredericktown, MO to Delores J. Dearing “Jean Wilson” and Lloyd Wilson.
He grew up in Flat River and was a 1987 graduate with honors from Central High School.
He was the first student at Central to become a semi-finalist in the National Merit Scholarship competition.
He went on to study Engineering at the University of Missouri – Rolla. He was an avid reader and loved science fiction.
He is survived by his mother Jean Wilson; brothers Michael (Toni) Wilson of Park Hills, and Gary (Courtney) Wilson of St. Paul, MN; nieces Allamekia Wilson of Desloge, Korenna Wilson of Park Hills, and nephew Anthony Wilson of Park Hills.
