Obituary for Paula Joy Freeman (Gledhill)
Paula Joy Freeman (Gledhill) went to join her Lord and Savior on March 24, 2020. For all that knew her, Paula had a unique ability to connect with people. She was diligent about staying connected, which is why she will be sorely missed.
Paula was born in Cardiff, Wales on June 14,1963. She graduated from Marshfield Senior High in 1981, then had a long successful career for Greene County.
In February of 1985 she was given her first son Eric and her second, Christian, in June of 1993. On September 8, 2007 her little family become whole when she married her love, Jeff Freeman, giving her another son and daughter, Zakk and Allee.
Paula's life is continued through her husband Jeff Freeman and kids Eric Diggs (Lora Diggs), Christian Diggs (Sonja Doring), Zakk Freeman and Allee Freeman. She is also continued by her two grandchildren that she adores Gabriella and Xavier.
She is also survived by her dad Rex Winter (Louise Winter), and her sister Laura Cooke (Malcolm Cooke), and her fur baby Oreo. Paula served as a loving role model and friend to many nieces and nephews, as well as numerous other family and friends.
Paula was preceded in death by her parents Lawrence Gledhill and Christine Winter. As well as her brother in law Tony Freeman.
A private family only service will take place on the 30th, we will be in contact later in regards to a celebration of life.
In lieu of flowers, Paula's family has requested donations to Rescue 1 and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
We will always be thankful for the immense care given by Mercy medical staff.
We will carry your love and memory with us, until we see you again.
