Obituary for Patricia Ann Costello (DeJong)
Patricia Ann Costello 74 of Springfield passed away Friday March 31, 2023 in Mercy Hospital Springfield, Missouri.
Patricia was born June 5, 1948 in Holland, Michigan to August and Florine (Nykamp) DeJong. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a sister Judy Watts.
Patricia is survived by her daughter Heidi Costello, her son James-Patrick Keith Costello; her grandchildren Joyce Cummins, Kathryn Koon and Thomas Cummins; her great grandchildren Olivia Leigh and Isabelle Grace Cummins; her sisters Joan Levine (Hank), Susan Buffington, her brother David DeJong and other family members and friends.
Funeral mass will be at 10:30 am Monday April 3, 2023 in St. Agnes Chapel 533 S. Jefferson Springfield, Missouri with Fr. Timothy Tran, CRM celebrant. Burial will follow in Resurrection Cemetery under the care of Herman Lohmeyer Funeral Home. Visitation will be 30 minutes prior to the service at St. Agnes Chapel.
