Obituary for Orville Gene Robinson
Orville Gene Robinson, age 70, passed away on Saturday, December 5, 2020 at Cox South Medical Center in Springfield, Missouri.
Orville was born on May 28, 1950 to Ralph and Eartha Bell (Perkins) Robinson.
He went to Westran High School in Hunstville, Missouri which he graduated from in 1970. Orville was a very laid back and most generous man that you could meet….as long as he had his Double Cola.
Orville resided in Springfield, Missouri (Magnolia Square) until his death.
Orville leaves behind four siblings, Ralph Robinson and his wife Annette of Huntsville, Missouri, John Robinson and his wife Sandra of Des Moines, Iowa, Laura Johnson and Mary P. Smith of Springfield, Missouri. Several nieces, nephews and friends.
Orville Robinson will most definitely be missed by all.
Visitation will be held from Noon until 1:00pm on Friday, December 18, 2020 at Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home, 500 E. Walnut in Springfield, Missouri.
Orville’s Funeral Service will be held at 1:00pm on Friday following his visitation at the funeral home with Pastor T.J. Appleby officiating. Burial will follow at Eastlawn Memorial Gardens in Springfield, Missouri.
