Mary was born March 13, 1967 in Springfield, MO to Jessie Hayes and George Merrill. She was later adopted by Willie and Maynard Richter.
She loved spending time with her family and puppies.
Mary is survived by her children, Sarah Richter and Zach Wise; her grandson, Colton; her siblings, Donna Medley (Richter), Steve Richter, Gary Richter, Larry Richter, Joe Richter, George Richter, Joel Norris, Rickie Norris, Rachel Richter (Norris), David Norris, Gina Tindle; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Due to the Coronavirus a Celebration of Life will be held at a later time.
