Obituary for Lyndia Lou Trester
Lyndia Lou Trester, age 70, peacefully passed away Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at Brookhaven Nursing and Rehab.
She was born May 16, 1949, in Springfield Missouri, the daughter of Roy Trester and Dorothy (Barton) Trester.
Lyndia grew up in Springfield where she retired from Mercy Hospital as a Unit Secretary after 40 years.
Lyndia is survived by her husband, James Fielder; her son, Martin Miller and wife Shanna; her daughter, Rebecca Young; a sister Charmaine Thomlinson and husband Joe, and a brother Gary Trester; grandchildren: Alisha Green and husband Vance, Devin Miller, Brock Young and wife Kaitlyn, Morgan Acord and husband Autry, and Noel Young; Great-grandchildren: Kaisen Young, Ivory Acord, Nash Acord, Calloway Young, and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family.
Lyndia is preceded in death by her parents Roy and Dorothy Trester; sister Rita Buehler; brother Edward Trester; and former husbands Wyman Miller, and Jeff Radford.
The family would like to thank the staff at Brookhaven for the loving care she received.
A funeral service will be held for Lyndia at 1:00 pm, Saturday, November 30, 2019 at Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home, 500 E. Walnut Street Springfield, MO 65806. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, Springfield, Missouri.
