Kenneth Wayne Fain, 72 of Springfield, passed away on Saturday, January 22, 2022, at Mercy Hospital. Kenneth was born on October 22, 1949, in Wichita Falls Texas.

He enjoyed watching his movies, drinking coffee, and playing the guitar. Kenneth was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, and friend. The most important things to him were God and his family, he also had a fascination for (aliens).

He was preceded in death by his wife, Delores Fain; his parents, Kenneth and Beatrice Fain; his siblings, Bobby Fain and Shirley Bland.

Kenneth is survived by his children Timothy Fain (Amanda), Gabriel Fain (Jessica), Kayleen Shaw (Lonnie), Kendrick Fain; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; siblings, Henry Fain, Randy Fain, and Barbara Chester, and many other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will begin at 1 pm Wednesday, January 26, 2022, at Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home: 500 E. Walnut Street, with Pastor Doug Sampley officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the service in the funeral home.
