I met Ken I believe in 2006. Over the years we became like brothers. We shared many of the same passions and we watched out for each other during rough times. No one could ask for a better friend. Ken was talented in so many ways and never a more genuine person have I met. For as heart broken as I was to hear of his passing, I am equally thankful for the blessing it was to be his friend. I choose not to be sad that it's over. Instead I am happy it happened. I'm going to miss those long winded phone conversations about everything and nothing at all. I'm going to miss pondering the mysteries of the universe and the intensely philosophical discussions you can only have with someone like Ken. Sometimes you have the privilege of encountering those once in a lifetime people and Ken was definitely that kind of person. Life has certainly lost some of its color and mystery without Ken. He will be forever missed and his memory will always be very near my heart. Until we meet again...
