Obituary for Jody Lee Keller
Jody Lee Keller, beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother passed away May 28, 2023. He was 64 years old.
Jody was born November 16, 1958 in Springfield, Missouri to Ann and Kelly Keller. He was the fourth of six children. Jody spent his childhood with his siblings adventuring around and working on their family farm. When he was a teenager he began working for his father's drywall business. It was within drywall that Jody was able to express his artistry. He was truly a craftsman when it came to drywall. He loved to work and spent his life working hard. Jody became a father when he was 26 years old. His children were his joy. He spent their early years playing and seeking adventure. Jody's favorite hobby throughout his life was riding his motorcycle. In his later years he enjoyed working on his house and in his garden with his wife Ruthie. Those who knew him can all bear witness to his beautiful heart that would guide him to do anything he could to help those around him. He also loved animals and loved to play with his dogs. Jody was loving, hardworking and playful. He will be missed greatly by all of us who loved him.
Jody is survived by his wife Ruthie, his three children Jo Ann (husband Andrew), Dusty (wife Diona) and Tory who he loved very much. His legacy also includes six beautiful grandchildren (McKenzy, Kennidy, Braden, Lucas, Keller and Nora). As well as his beloved stepchildren Dustin, Stefanie, and Jimmy and their children. Lastly, he leaves his siblings Debbie, Dianne, Scott and Shane.
Jody's Memorial Service will be on Saturday, June 3rd at 12 pm, Noon, at Dusty's house at the address of 803 Highway AB in WIllard, Missouri.
