Obituary for Ina Marie Hurt
Ina Marie Hurt was born on October 11, 1929 in Enon, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her two brothers, Roy and Johnny and her three sisters Eunice, Omega and Jo.
Ina graduated from Carthage High School and from the time she turned 18 she worked as a switchboard operator for Southwestern Bell. She retired at the age of 65.
Ina never married and never had any children. But she loved her nieces and nephews and her great nieces and great nephews. She knew everyone’s birthdates and anniversaries. Her memory was excellent until about one year ago.
Ina’s love for us will always be remembered.
A Visitation will be held at 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Tuesday, August 11th, 2020 at Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home: 500 E. Walnut Street, Springfield, MO 65806.
Funeral Services for Ina will be at 11:00 am, Tuesday, August 11th, 2020 at Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Highlandville Cemetery, Highlandville, MO.
