Obituary for Gerald Eugene Strader
Gerald Eugene Strader, 81, of Springfield, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, March 28th, 2021.
He was born June 15th, 1939 in Springfield, Missouri, the son of John and Betty (Goss) Strader.
Gerald served in the United States Army for 4 years and 3 months and was Honorably discharged.
He worked for Reyco, molded brake drums for over 20 years until he retired.
Gerald was preceded in death by his parents, John and Betty Strader. He will be missed by his surviving family that includes his loving wife, Polly (Candy) Strader, two sisters, Sharon McDonald and Cathy Donnell and a host of extended family and many friends.
Gerald will be interred in the columbarium at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Springfield, Missouri at a private ceremony.
