Dorothea Campbell, 66, Springfield, Missouri, passed away at 2:13pm. Monday, 12/6/2021 in her home.
She was born 12/11/1954 in Norfolk, Virginia. She graduated from Central High School in Kansas City MO. She attended college courses in Springfield MO.
She was preceded in death by her parents; ex-husband, William Kenneth Young Sr, sister, Myrna C Spinks, brother, Creed Leroy Holland, and grandson, Zhamar M Young.
She is survived by her two children: son, William Kenneth Young Jr, and his wife Dana Pettet Young, granddaughter,Brianne Young, grandson, Nathaniel Aiden Pettet, grandson, Charles "CJ" Young, daughter, Juanita C Young, granddaughter, Nalajia L Houston, grandson, Myson J Houston, niece, Bridgette Ross, great nephew, Teron Leroy Campbell, great-great nephews, Teron Leroy Campbell Jr, and Ter-Mauryon Campbell, and cousin, Ivan Burleson. Doris left behind a host of personally adopted play children, friends, and family and many healthcare providers she loved so much. Mama Doris loved with her whole heart and will be missed by so many.
