Doris Jean Gelsheimer, 90, of Walnut Grove, Missouri, passed away on Wednesday, March 4th, 2020 in Springfield, Missouri.
She was born March 28th, 1929 in Marshfield, Missouri, the daughter of Frank and Mary (Wissbaum) Fellin.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Bennie Gelsheimer, and a son, Richter Gelsheimer.
Doris is survived by her children, Charles Gelsheimer and wife Jody, Kenneth Gelsheimer and wife Judy, and Benita Nease; eight grandchildren, Shonda, Jason, Michael, Jonathan, David, Kristy, Stacey, and Ginger ; eight great grandchildren, Kayla, Cameron, Iverson, Justin, Jocelyn, Jordan, Jackson, and Taylor; and many other extended family and friends.
A Visitation will be held at 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Saturday, March 7th, 2020 at St. Joseph Catholic Church 1115 N. Campbell Springfield, MO 65802.
A Funeral Mass will be at 11:00 am, Saturday, March 7th, 2020 at St. Joseph Catholic Church 1115 N. Campbell Springfield, MO 65802, with Father Karl W. Barmann, OSB presiding over services. Burial will follow at Greene Lawn Cemetery in Walnut Grove, Missouri.
