Dixie Elaine Dameron, age 85, passed away at Springfield Villa in Springfield Missouri on Wednesday, March 6th, 2019.

Dixie was a native of Halltown, Missouri, born to Thomas Lacy Dameron and Luella Dail (Helton) Dameron on April 21, 1933.

She worked at a Program Technician for the State of California prior to her retirement.

Dixie is survived by her brother; James Dameron and his wife Kathy, many nieces and nephews.

Dixie was cremated and her ashes are interred at Rock Prairie Cemetery in Halltown, Missouri.

No formal services were held.

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home in Springfield, Missouri.
