Obituary for Annie Marie Albert (Huckaby)

Annie Marie (nee Huckaby) Albert, 87 years 9 months and 8 days of Walnut Grove, Missouri, passed away at 1:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 16, 2023, in the Ash Grove Health Care Facility, Ash Grove Missouri.

She was born November 8, 1935, to Lowell and Beulah (nee Bohannon) Huckaby.

She attended and graduated Willard High School, Willard Missouri, in 1954. Later that year she married William E. Albert on October 2, sharing 47 years together.

For God has called a beautiful soul, daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother home.

She loved to work in her flower beds, read her romance novels and work word searches. Reading her Bible, embracing her Christian faith and sharing her knowledge changed so many lives and gave her great joy. For all she has touched we ask you as family and friends to not be sad at this time but to celebrate the great blessing of life.

We thank God for sharing his beautiful child with each and every one of us, as we rejoice, cry and remember, we also celebrate her!

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two brothers, Melvin and Marvin Huckaby, two sisters, Dorothy Mitchell and Helen Workman, and son-in-law Paul Proctor.

She is survived by her 2 children, Evelyn Keith and husband Dennis, Cathey (Proctor) Maxwell and husband Mark; grandchildren: Daniel Keith and wife Kathryn “Katie”, DeAnna Bordwell and partner T. J.
