Obituary for Anna Bell Temple

AnnaBell Temple, 92 years of age, and passed away on Tuesday, April 25th, 2023.

Anna was born June 12th, 1930, in Fordland, Mo to the late Dorsey and Alma Burks Clouse. She was the second of five
children. Baby Kathryn, who passed at the age of 2 just before Anna's birth, Donnie Clouse, Jane Towry, and Louise Funner.

After High School, at age 18, Anna moved to Springfield, MO and worked at Crank's drug store. She worked many jobs and learned a multitude of experience. In the late 60's and early 70's, she worked at Zenith as a line manager. If you had an issue with your television, she could fix it for you. She was also one of the first to have a remote-controlled television. In her later years she worked at the Springfield Park Board as a concession manager at Meador ballfield and pool. Anna then retired from the OTC cafeteria at age of 85.

Anna was saved at a young age and was Baptized when she was 73 years old.

She leaves behind a daughter, JeanAnn Quennoz and husband Wayne. Granddaughters, Tracy Hessee and husband Mark, Lindsay Parrish, Julie Alan and husband Evan. Her Great Grandchildren Keelee and Kendra Hessee. Anna also had 6 Great Great Grandchildren. Khloe Hessee, Jaxson and Liam Boyles. Lexi, Payton, and Lucas Alan. And many nieces and nephews.

Anna took great pride in her family. It didn't matter who she met, she always introduced her family to you. She loved playing Bingo at the Bingo Emporium. She would call weekly to get her special table. The ladies at the Bingo Hall knew her when she called. Anna also loved spending time with her family whenever she could and loved big dinners. She was always first in line.

A celebration of life is scheduled for May 4th, 2023, at Herman Lohmeyer funeral home in Springfield, MO from 5:00-7:00pm.
