Dale Eugene Womack

Born: August 10, 1935 Died: December 1, 2017

Predeceased by parents Ransom Meade Womack and Fern Louise (Yarbrough) Womack. Survived by wife Elaine (Jones) Womack, brother Larry D Womack (Joan), daughter Deanna L (Womack) Jones (Randy), son’s David E Womack and Jeffrey D Womack (Suzanne). Also, adopted daughter Ann M Langdon.

Dale was born in Webster County MO and moved to the Los Angeles California area in October 1948. He attended Citrus Junior College. He worked as an accountant for Bob’s Big Boy Restaurants in Los Angeles and in Tucson Az, where he moved in late 1960. Late in 1970 he moved to Springfield, Missouri where he opened his restaurant called Home Style Pizza on Kearney St. He later built an 18-hole miniature golf course on the same property called The Mine. Dale loved to build things and garden. His life long dream was to design and build his own home, which he successfully did during the 1990’s in Niangua, MO. Dale also loved to travel and drove an 18-wheel semi-truck for Trail Liner in his 70’s. He loved hiking, golf and sailing. Dale loved the Lord and is rejoicing in Heaven.

Dale will be laid to rest at Bass Chapel Cemetery.
