Obituary for Darrell Ormiston
Darrell L. Ormiston, age 59 of Springfield, Missouri passed away Saturday, November 26, 2016 in Hermitage, Missouri.
The son of Gerald and Shirley (Greenhoe) Ormiston was born April 10, 1957 in Owosso, Michigan.
Darrell enjoyed fishing and was a big Chiefs fan. He loved spending time with his nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father; a brother, Donavan Ormiston; and his grandparents, Laverne and Blanche Ormiston and Arthur W. and Emily Greenhoe.
Survivors are his mother, Shirley Ormiston of Owosso, Michigan; his brother, Dale A. Ormiston and wife Esther of Ozark, Missouri; his sister, Nadean Stanfield and husband Michael of Richland, Washington; nephew, Andrew Ormiston and niece Sara Gimlin and husband John, all of Ozark, Missouri; nephews, Jayson Numerick and wife Mona of Washington and Chad Numerick and wife April of Oregon; and nieces, Krinn Stressman and husband Mike, Carrie Howe and Meegan Ormiston, all of Michigan.
There will be a memorial service for Darrell at a later date.
Burial will be next to family in Old Boston Cemetery in Oldfield, Missouri.
