Obituary for Micheal Jay Fields
Micheal Fields, age 39 of Springfield, MO, passed away in his sleep on November 18, 2017.
Micheal was born to Walter Fields and Carleen Lambert on April 19th of 1978.
He lived various places throughout his childhood due to his father's military service. Micheal was especially fond of his memories from living in Germany. For most of his adulthood, Micheal lived in southwest Missouri.
He was a hard working Certified Nurse Aide who brought joy to the residents he took care of and the people he worked with.
On April 22nd of 2007, Micheal married Christy Eden in Crane, MO. They had three children together, whom Micheal loved very much. Micheal enjoyed family movie nights, playing cards with friends, and cooking for the people he loved.
Micheal was preceded in death by his mother, Carleen Lambert, and his step-father, Stan Pierce.
Micheal is survived by his wife Christy and their three children, Jayden, Alexa, and Shia; his father Walter; his brothers Chris and Aaron; his sister Lisa, along with three nephews: Tristan Fields, and Jordan and Jeffrey Cloud.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home, 500 E. Walnut Street, Springfield, Missouri.
