Regina "Payne" Blair

My prayers and condolences go out to your family and friends. Kathy and I weren't "best" friends in school but I always considered her a friend. She always had a smile and was always fun to be around. You never knew what she might be up to. I have enjoyed keeping up with her on FB, and therefore know the love she had for her family and the Lord. She was blessed and she will be missed.
