Martin W. Golden “Marty” or “Shorty” 84 of Fair Grove, passed away Saturday June 24, 2017 in his home. He was born Jan. 5, 1933 in Springfield, Missouri to Martin and Marie (Plum) Golden.

Marty was preceded in death by his parents, his siblings and his wife Loretta Mae Golden in 2015.

Marty is survived by his children, Angelya (David), Acilia (Tony), and Andrew (Jewel); grandchildren, Kristin, Ariel, Bianca, Anthony, Connor, Kaylee, Ronnie and Ricky; great grandchildren, Owen, Reid, River and a baby girl due in September.

Funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. Friday June 30, 2017 in Holy Trinity Catholic Church with Msgr. Thomas Reidy celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery under the care of Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home.

Rosary Services will begin at 6 p.m. Thursday June 29, 2017 in the church with visitation to follow until 7:30 p.m.
