Celestine (Sally) Vodicka  Corbin (Vodicka)
Sally Corbin, age 86 of Willard, Missouri died Saturday, May 13, 2017 in Mercy Hospital, Springfield, Missouri.
She was born September 6, 1930 in Karlin, Missouri the daughter of Joseph and Geneofa (Dvorak) Vodicka. She married Lowell “Bud” Corbin on June 4, 1960. Preceding her in death were her parents; three sisters, Mary Jacobs, Frances Hubbert and Angie Corbin; three brothers, Joe, Charles, and Ed Vodicka; and three nephews.
She is survived by her husband, Bud; a sister, Adele Quier of Pittsburg, Kansas; a sister-in-law Betty Vodicka of Sedalia, Missouri; nieces and nephews.
Rosary service will begin at 5 p.m. Wednesday May 17, 2017 in Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home 500 E. Walnut Street with visitation to follow until 7 p.m.
Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Thursday, May 18, 2017 in St. Joseph Catholic Church 1115 N. Campbell Ave. Springfield, Mo. with Fr. Mark Binder, celebrant . Burial will be in St. Wenceslaus Cemetery in Karlin, Missouri.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church Food Pantry, or Preferred Hospice or charity of donor’s choice.
