Obituary for Michael Juston Reed

Michael Juston Reed
Michael Juston Reed entered this world on July 7th, 1988, and departed for a better place on April 13, 2017 at his home in Marshfield surrounded by his wife, family, and friends at his side.

Michael was an avid outdoorsman. Hunting, fishing and anything outdoors were his passion. Michael comes from a long line of proud and stubborn Reed men. He was always first to stop and help, and always full of life and humor. When illness affected his life, he took it in stride and continued to care for his family and live life to the fullest. He was lucky enough to meet the love of his life, Ashley and she gave him the greatest of all gifts; fatherhood. They share two beautiful Reed daughters, whom resemble their father’s linage of spirit and orneriness. Michael followed in his grandfather and father’s footsteps working in construction and farming, and had a unique love for life.

Michael is survived by his wife Ashley, daughters Madi and Hattie; his mother Glenna Reed-Clouse and her husband Joe; sisters Nicky Perkins, her significant other Steve Fisher and Jenny Stokes, her husband Jake, brother Chance, nephews Clay, Case, and Jeremiah, niece Josie, and numerous other family members. Michael would be joined by his father, Reed grandparents, cousin, and aunt in heaven.

Visitation for Michael will be from 5:00p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday April 17, 2017 in Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday April 18, 2017 in the funeral home with Chaplain Larry Cooper officiating. Burial will follow in Eastlawn Memorial Gardens, next to his father.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to an established account at O’Bannon Bank in Strafford for his daughters.
