Patricia was preceded in death by her father Ralph J. Clayton, mother Margaret A. Clayton and a sister Sharon Crunkleton and husband Marlin.
She is survived by her children Tammy Johnson and husband Bill, Regina Meyer and significant other Terry Hale, Kevin Woods and wife Sarah.
Grandchildren Jacquline Johnson, Katie Woods, Zachary Meyer, Tyler Meyer, Michael Woods, Bryce Woods and Andrew Hale. Great granddaughter Ashynn. Her brother Ralph E. Clayton and wife Phyllis, Niece Sherry Mason and husband Doug, Nephew Randy Clayton and wife Laura and by cousins Fred Lynn, Cheryl, Becky, Betty Jean, Junior, Sue, Jo, Carol, Bill, Bob and David.
Private memorial graveside services will be in Maple Lawn Cemetery, Buffalo, Missouri
